Canandaigua Oral Surgery

I recently took my mom here for 3 extractions. Dr. Cary is by far the most compassionate and caring oral surgeon I have had the pleasure of meeting and I work in the field. I can confidently say that if I ever need anything done I will be going here for it. He really made things easier for my mom by explaining things to her and calming her nerves and I’m sure his assistant Amelia contributed to that as well. Amelia was great, helpful, and kind. The office is super clean and very inviting and the front desk staff are just as nice as the back. 5 stars from me with no hesitation!

Totally painless removal of tooth and insert of bone. Going for implant next Spring. I've been afraid of dentist for a long time but no more. My two best friends now also go to them. Dr. Cary is great and makes you feel comfortable right away. The assistants make you feel comfortable and at ease right away. Dr. Cary tells you everything he is doing while operating. No surprises with Dr. Cary. Love this office and everyone in it.

Nathan Cary and staff went out of their way to help when I broke a tooth, which in turn exposed a nerve. I was very impressed with the calm, relaxing demeanor of everyone involved in my scheduling and care. I did not require a follow-up visit but am glad to be a patient of record and will return in the future. Thank you for the care I received.

This place is a godsend. I’ve been twice in the last 4 months for wisdom tooth extractions. The second time was an unplanned, emergency situation as I had been in horrible pain for a week. They had me scheduled the same day, and I was in and out in less than an hour. The operation itself was maybe five minutes for two teeth. Dr Nathan and Nurse Patera are the nicest, most caring and down to earth people I’ve ever met in any medical setting and the work is top notch. I cannot recommend this place enough. If anyone can take away the stigma of the dentist being scary, it’s these people. Thank you.

Dr. Cary and his staff operate a totally professional and welcoming medical establishment. I liken it to a 5 star hotel with concierge service. From the time you walk in until the time you leave, you are greeted by courteous people who seem to anticipate your every need, which produces a warm, friendly environment. They actually care! No one goes into oral surgery without some degree of anxiety, yet Dr. Cary is able to establish trust almost immediately. He carefully explains the procedure and gives you the rational for why it's important, He also addresses any concerns you may have. Then the really impressive part begins.
