WellNow Urgent Care

for two days I had a hard time breathing . I was going to have to go to emergency room it was a Sunday morning and I decided to try well now it is just down the street from my house.I was diagnosed with bronchitis given a breathing treatment and a steroid shot. I was so thankful like I could breathe and felt better before I left the building. The whole staff was very helpful I have been on medication all week I feel great and want to thank u for checking on me throughout the week.I do have a primary DR. But if I ever need help I know where to go. Thank you again JM

I was able to make an appt and be seen with in the hour. I needed help with the documentation and the front desk was amazing and patient. I met with the physician and she was super friendly and helpful from checking my issue to recommending a specialist . I loved my experience

I absolutely love coming to this WellNow location on Harlem and absolutely love all the staff that works there. Everyone is extremely friendly kind and helpful and I’ve never had to sit and wait a long time. You can schedule ahead of time or just walk in both are a super easy process. My children and I have all been seen here for everything from breaks, sprains, the flu and all they are there to help you out and really break everything on what to do when you go home to make whatever your going through a bit easier! 10/10 highly recommend

Hello to my understanding no service if you didn't pay and they don't offer a to be bill service. Which is fine as well upon payment the type card I used didn't go through or decline, healthcare needs to do better every thing is really gears towards money granted and not the betterment of the people very sad and it's not just this facility as a whole and yes we have the right to go else where as we have and was taken care of but I also felt the need to address publicly and to the one desk person staring get a professional grip. Both y'all demeanor sucks !

I was very happy and impressed with the care I received at Well Now! The whole experience was professional, thoughtful, and timely. From registering, to treatment , I felt cared for and seen. AND respected and unhurried. It was a pleasant experience especially when you’re not feeling your best. The Dr. went through what she concluded and prescribed and gave me a detailed account of what I need to do. THIS is where I will be going when I can’t wait to see my Doctor!!
