Queen City Family Dentistry

I have been searching for a dentist since my former one of more than 30 years retired. After trying one that seemed competent but impersonal and unempathetic, I was very pleased with my first visit to Queen City Family Dentistry. All the people in this all-female practice were welcoming and friendly. They seemed to be genuinely interested in getting to know me. Both my hygienist and Dr. Smith took a great deal of time to work with me, explaining what they were doing, what they were recommending and why in a lot of detail. I learned a great deal and came out thinking that I may have finally found a new dental home.

After going to the same dentist for 40 years we had to find a new one (due to our dentist retiring). We both felt very comfortable here. The Dr and staff were all great. Very caring and competent. We are so happy with our choice. So happy that we were able to find a small practice with the same comfortable feel we had for the past 40 years!

As a new patient I didn’t have to wait months to get an appointment. The staff is amazing from the moment I called, awesome customer service, very friendly and kind. Caroline the hygienist is amazing and Dr. Samantha is awesome. I’m so glad that I chose the perfect dental practice for me.

I was looking for a new dentist when I received a flyer from Queen City Family Dentistry in the mail. They are close to where I live so decided to make an appointment. That appointment was today and I know I’ve made the right choice. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I have never had such a thorough and educational cleaning thanks to Caroline. Dawn, the office manager called me when there was a cancellation to see if they could get me in earlier. Dr. Smith is lovely and not at all pushy. I feel I’ve made an excellent choice.

I had an excellent experience with Caroline my dental hygienist. She gave me very through and gentle cleaning. I like that she explained the steps that she was doing and the importance of the cleaning. I really appreciate that. I think that is important and should be done by all dental hygienist. When I asked to speak with Dr. Samantha Smith she took the time to come in and meet with me. I had some questions and concerns. Not only did she listened to my concerns she acknowledge the concerns in a very professional way. She never at any point took offense to my questions. More doctors need to be like her and listen to their patients and acknowledge the importance of a patient concerns. I want to thank Dr Samantha Smith and her whole team for a positive experience.
