I’ve gone to many optical places to assist with fixing my sunglasses & no one could help. Patrick @ this location did not hesitate to provide insight as well as comfort. I recommend this place for any of your optical issues.

Very friendly and helpful. Was able to assist with using insurance benefits for prescription lenses when I didn’t even know it was available to use. Also was very patient allowing me to make a phone call etc. will use again for future prescription lenses needs. Update: (I just found out her name) Candace is who I’ve worked with each time in store. She has excellent customer service, friendly and professional.

Candy was amazing optician!! She helped find the perfect pair of glasses that fit my face but also my style. She was patient /kind with to go through endless pairs of glasses and narrow it down to the one pair I love!! And did not try to upscale - Dr. Schwartz the optometrist, also kind and patient and able to get the right prescription-( negative experience at my former eye doctor lacking the experience) . Ty!!would refer others!!

Great experience! I had a very thorough eye exam. Dr. Schwartz answered all my questions, and educated me on things that I should watch for.The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'm a customer for life!

On Saturday around 3 PM, I came in because the screw on my eyeglass frame was way too tight and I couldn’t loosen it myself. I had bought the same frame, but needed the screw adjusted. A middle-aged white female staff member with shoulder-length hair assisted me. She was a bit hesitant at first, but once she understood that I only needed the screw loosened (not a lens replacement), she kindly agreed to help. She was very skilled, used the right tools, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. What really impressed me was that this wasn’t something she was obligated to do, and she didn’t charge me at all. It may seem like a small thing, but it helped me a lot. Truly kind and professional service — I really appreciate it and highly recommend this place.
