I have been seeing Dr. Singer . She has been a good help for me with a bad back. It is very pleasant and friendly. Whatever you need she is willing to help. I'm am happy I found her clinic since I moved to Henderson.

Dr. Singer has been my Chiropractor for about 3 years now and has really helped relieve a lot of my back/ neck pain. She is personable and takes the time to listen to your concerns, while doing her best to help get you get to where you need to be. The office is very welcoming/ accepting of the LBGTQ+ community, which is very comforting 💙. I will be a patient for life.

Hi all. Five stars and two thumbs up for Dr Singer! I have been going to Dr Singer for about 3 months now. She always asks where the problems are and with a combination of massage, manual adjustment and impulse, gets me fixed up and in shape. No violent back breaking, twisting heads or snapping my neck either!! She recommends things to do later for stretching and various activities to help with whichever problem I am experiencing. She is always friendly and I have always been in better shape in the days that follow....which is what I'm after!

Absolutely love Dr. Singer! I was originally going to her for chiropractic needs and in my visits with her, got to telling her about my foot pain that I was already seeing a podiatrist about. She recommended ESWT (electric shock wave treatment, or something like that) and it actually helped! I had been experiencing pain in my foot from a heel spur and plantar fasciitis for over a year and a half and tried several different treatments for it (cortisone shots, PT, dry needle therapy) and nothing helped. The shock wave treatments take several weeks but after doing it consistently, I noticed a significant difference and now I’m not in any pain! I can walk, jog, stand for hours at a time, etc., I feel amazing! I highly recommend this office for any chiropractic service, but if you have chronic

Dr Singer is the absolute BEST! I went in for a sore lower back and came out free of pain. She is personable, professional and empathetic. Each time I have gone to the Wellness Institute I have been extremely satisfied. Appointments are quick and on-time. I recommend her highly!
