Myofascial release was completely new to me but came highly recommended by a trusted friend, so I decided to give it a try. I am so grateful that I found Jane. She is an exceptional practitioner: patient, kind, thoughtful, and deeply knowledgeable. She takes time to explain the process, what’s happening in the body, and provides practical tools to continue the work independently between sessions. I came to Jane after years of trying various approaches to address persistent back and shoulder tension. After seven sessions, I’ve experienced noticeably improved posture, significantly reduced pain, greater range of motion, and increased overall energy. After several treatments with Jane I made significant progress with stiff and painful knees 5-9 months post total knee replacement surgeries (age 73). She also identified other areas of my body that can benefit from MFR and how all of these problem areas are connected. Jane's methodical and deeply informed approach complimented by her calm humane personality would benefit anyone who lives with chronic pain or mobility issues.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my myofascial release treatments. After living with stiffness and restrictions for so long, I honestly forgot would’ve felt like to move freely. OMG Jane is a miracle worker. I started working with Jane in late October of 2024 after multiple dentist visits for jaw pain. Eventually, I was told I had TMJ symptoms, and Botox was recommended. I am so happy I found Jane instead. It took about 2-3 months of biweekly appointments, but my jaw is now pain free. Since she was so effective, I asked Jane to see what she could do for my knee - osteo arthritis. I already tried acupuncture, PT, gel shot, cortisone shot - nothing provided significant relief. Jane took over, and now I can walk pain free. I still see her for maintenance. Oh, and she also provided pain relief from a shoulder strain last week. Highly recommend Jane for pain management. It takes time, and it is not inexpensive, but I find it has actually provided relief without drugs o
