Truly thankful for the quality of care our family has received from the Flagship surgeons, nurses and staff. We love the convenience of office locations near our home and by work, making it easy to run in for follow up appts. We’ve used them for both emergent and planned oral & maxofacial surgery and had 100% positive outcomes in all! Dr. Steinkeler is just amazing and his nurses are a dream team of excellence! The office works in harmony creating ease from the minute you walk in! Highly recommend.

From phone call setting appointment through the visit was impressive with their courteous prompt services. Staff are nice kind and helpful. Dr Steinkele explained very well about the procedure and took time to answer my concerns. He’s very confident and he’s reassurance made me comfortable to go ahead with the surgery. I’m sure they can be nice, and I’m sure the doctor is great. I wouldn’t know because they cancelled my appointment last minute and didn’t tell me until I arrived early in the morning. Even after that, I understand mistakes happen, miscommunication happens, yes it was frustrating but the worst part was the receptionist. Older blonde woman, very condescending and rude. When I asked her if I would be able to get my wisdom tooth surgery later that day or soon after, literally anything they could help me with, she said “unless you have like $3000 you’re not getting it done.” I understand it was a frustrating situation but no one in customer service should speak to patients or customers like that. I only have great things to say about Flagship Oral Facial and dental implants. I have been seen and serviced at two of their offices. Each time I have visited their offices, I am always impressed by the high level of service provided. It starts when you interact with the people at the front desk, and continues with the medical same team that prep you for your procedure, and the doctors. They are all tremendously so pleasant. As a person who has managed in the customer service industry for 40 years, I know what great service looks and sounds like. You will get exceptional service from this group.

Flagship Dental staff was professional, efficient, understanding, and kind. The tooth extraction was very quick. The doctor followed up to make sure that my son was doing well. I would highly recommend.
