Friendly staff but their scheduling process is broken. We arrived for an 11:00 a.m. pre scheduled appointment and we were told to have a seat that it would be up to 2 hours before my mother would be seen by the neurologist. Why schedule a timed appointment if they are not going to see patients at their pre scheduled appointment time.

Clean, friendly until you sign. Then don't return calls, couldn't get a schedule of activities and if you have insurance agent, your agent will be cut out of the deal no matter what Las Mercedes says. In other words mislead you to make a deal
