Dr. Theiss and his staff are great at what they do. The office setting is professional, serene and well laid out. All information of what I was expected to pay, instructions of my appointment and treatment, and their hospitality were well received. This being my first time having surgery, it was good to have a caring doctor explain and also ask what were my questions before going through with the procedure. Even after the surgery, he called my wife to check on how I was doing. You can't ask for better service these days. I would recommend this office to anyone living near or far from its location. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had a procedure done and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The waiting area was clean and inviting, which helped calm my nerves. Dr. Theiss was exceptional. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. Their expertise was evident, and I appreciated the personalized care I received. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt well-informed about what to expect during the recovery process. The post-operative care was equally impressive. The doctor followed up with me to ensure I was healing well and to answer any questions I had. I felt supported throughout the entire experience.

Got all 4 of my wisdom tooth out with no problems. Best procedure I’ve went through for sure. Took only a week from the first meeting to the day of the surgery. Dr. Theiss is amazing at what he does and everyone in that building is nice and friendly. Would recommend everytime. 10/10 !

5/5 Stars. Dr. Shapiro is the best doctor working at this practice. I’ve been a proud patient for nearly 2 years now. He completed my implant and wisdom teeth (all 4) removal surgery. Both surgeries were painless with minimal downtime. After both surgeries, the doctor personally reached out to make sure all is well with recovery. The office staff/ambiance paints a warm inviting environment. Dr. Jordan Shapiro was great! I got a tooth extraction (at my dentist)had some complications and got sent to Dr. Shapiro. He took great care of me. I was nervous because I had never been under any surgery, but it went exactly how he said it would; it was over before I realized. The recovery was great as well. He gave clear instructions and was very helpful through it all. 10/10 would definitely come back if I need any other oral surgery done :)
