I had an excellent experience with Dr. Neil Bullock and his team in Pembroke Pines. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. Dr. Bullock took his time with me — I never felt rushed at any point. He did X-rays, explained everything clearly, and diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. He recommended specific stretches, a night splint, and a medical-grade insole, making sure I understood each step of the plan. Terrific front office staff, very friendly and helpful. Piece of cake in scheduling appointment. Technician assistant got me situated in exam room, covered some basic questions. Dr. Bullock came in, introduced himself (I've had doctors who didn't, believe it or not). Very efficient in performing his tasks, we made small talk the entire time. Great office and practice.

This visit was an absolute delight from the moment I placed the call and spoke to the lovely woman over the phone. Dr. Bullock was very forthcoming with all that I needed to know and to ease my nerves. We even laughed together. I will definitely recommend this office to whoever needs to see a doctor. First time visit. It was for elderly mom they were fantastic. It took a little long in beginning due to registration etc but once in the experience great! Dr. Oxios was amazing to my mom and did a great job on her toe nails while entertaining us and made her feel at ease. Thank you so much. We will be back and bringing my family there.

I really enjoyed the visit!!! It sounds a little weird because it’s a doctor’s office and who enjoys going to the doctor?? However, when I say that I enjoyed the visit, I mean the overall experience was enjoyable. Everyone in the front office was polite and courteous. I did not wait for a long time and the best part was the doctor. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to know without rushing and I left with a positive attitude about the issue I went for. Thanks to everyone in the office for the positive experience!
