First and foremost I want to give a very big and special thank you to the team at Wellington Regional! I just had my baby about a week ago and to start with my L&D nurse, Meghan, was beyond amazing. So sweet and made my labor/delivery experience one to remember. I felt very well taken care of! Then post-partum… phenomenal! A very very special thank you to everyone but especially Nurse Stephanie, Natalia, Jasmine, Gigi & Esther. Sooo sweet and were just so helpful. The peds NP, Lily, so knowledgeable and kind. Another special thank you to Savannah from lactation team, for your kind & unforgettable support. Everyone showed how much their job means to them and making my first birthing experience one to remember. You guys are AMAZING! 🤍

As a retired nurse I have often been critical of hospital staff during previous stays. Wellington Hospital is above the norm! Specifically, the nursing staff and aides were wonderful. They were very empathic and helpful. However, The hospital food was very below expectations. As a nurse, I know how important nutrition is for post-operative patients. I was unable to eat most of what was served to me and I was hungry. Everything is cold! The french toast was soaked in something but then not cooked so I was served soggy bread. I was taking strong pain medication and had nothing on my stomach. I did throw up that medication and it burned my throat. Really guys! Nutrition needs to be improved for hospital patients!

Dr. Edward is a fantastic Doctor. He was the person to tell me I am pregnant! He gave me great happiness and comfort delivering the news with care and joy. Also helped with all of my questions what a Great person Dr. Edward is. He cares about Children and moms and he is an expert at what he does. I can only imagine how much you all can be dealing with in the ER, so thank you again for being able to spend the time with me. I can also only imagine the Demand for a person like Dr.Edward. And all of the staff Thank you

The experience was wonderful! Dr Shockley was terrific! In fact, everyone I had contact with was terrific. I wish I knew/could recall the names of all the wonderful people. I do recall Sandra, Savannah, Robin, and Duane. The young lady who escorted me out to the car was also wonderful. I'm sure you can check your records to see which terrific employees were also involved.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The RN Peter was so attentive, caring & knowledgable. Super nice & a total asset to your pre- surgical area. My total knee replacement went really well by my surgeon, Dr. Dana Desser. He’s fabulous & extremely kind, caring & an awesome surgeon. My recovery is going well. Hospital staff & nurses were all good. Thank you for a great experience.
