Caroline is fabulous. She listened intently when I described the location and intensity of the pain I was experiencing, and her accupuncture has helped me tremendously. I even referred my close friend (who will be visiting from out of town) to Caroline since she hasn't had much luck back home in finding someone to help relieve her pain.

I made an appointment with Holistic Health Palm Beach after losing nights of sleep due to pain in the right side of my neck down thru my shoulder. After one session of acupuncture with electrical stimulation and infrared heat therapy, then cupping and ultrasound therapy for pain, I drove home. By evening, the pain had lessened considerably and for the first time in weeks, I was able to sleep without pain pills. Thank you! The pain has not returned. Caroline also gave me helpful advice including not carrying a heavy purse over my shoulders, not lifting heavy objects, and mostly, not to be careless with my arms and shoulders. I was so afraid that the pain was due to aging but Caroline really gave me hope! Again, Thank you!

I can't say enough amazing things about Caroline. I struggled for a while with acupuncture, I always knew the benefits and tried others but it was too overwhelming for me. She is extremely knowledgable and made me feel safe and comfortable. She was patient with me, we slowly eased into my treatments and now she's like my therapy that I look forward to every 2 weeks. If you are looking to start your acupuncture journey, she is definitely the best!

I just started with Caroline. I am a survivor of stage 4 metastasized cancer but am still plagued with many after-traditional treatment side effects. The first appointment was a lot of shared medical information which she took in and made notes, along the way. She has a wonderful, calm, relaxing demeanor and a comfortable office. She made me feel welcome. She made me feel comfortable and listened intently, always showing concern for what I told her. We did a "beginning" acupuncture treatment and I found it very relaxing. I am set up for more treatments and look forward to making progress with this wonderful, caring professional.
