They were always timely and nice, Fernando the owner is great, and my experience here was definitely close to the stars I put, they also delivered but this was years ago

I used their UPS access point. I dropped package off on August 13 2025. As of Friday August 15 my package was never handed over to UpS and she was so rude she told me “ well, I do not know what to tell you because we handed all the packages to UPS and they are all gone and told me to deal with UPS, not themand then she hung up on me” I called UPS back and they swore the package has not even been put in the system yet or picked up so I called the ACCESS POINT at the pharmacy back and talked to another lady who said she found my package. It was put in the wrong pile. now we’re coming up to Tuesday on the following week. She said she personally handed my package to UPS, which is a lie because UPS still does not have my package. I had to go down and file a police report because I believe they

Friendly and attentive. The bone to pick that I have is, it would be nice if they could helpful more with just having package tape or boxes to purchase to help customers with return packages. Other than that, nice pharmacy and ladies working there.

The website and the door states it open at 9am.. its now 9:25am. Still no one is around to open the business. This is totally inconsiderate for those that has to work or plan their day according..

Employee Maria (if that is her name) very rude on Saturday 5/6/2017 when I contacted her about a package being delivered via UPS to one of our Customers as they are a UPS access point. The employee was very condescending, very unprofessional and quite frankly should not be working in an environment providing customer service. She also explicitly told me that she was not going to follow UPS policy, but her own store policy and that I could contact the manager on Monday as she hung up in my face. I had to have UPS contact this location directly instructing them that they must follow UPS policy. They are risking losing their vendor agreement to be a third-party UPS pick up location. Based on my brief interaction with 2 of the pharmacy's store personnel I would never, ever patronize this
