We had a consult to discuss my son's course of treatment and the amount it will cost. My son has several impairments. The staff were so accommodating and kind. Our technician listened to my son's entire "dissertation" on cybertrucks, and watched while he demonstrated all his RC cybertruck can do. Dr. Cotton very thoroughly assessed, including X-rays and 3D scans. She then explained the treatment plan and risks/repercussions in detail. The office was able to give me a total for the treatment plan and schedule the appointment to bond the braces, within a week, before we left. They office emailed me with the insurance estimate, and my responsibility the next day. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly welcoming. My daughter was very scared due to past dental experiences, but they went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and comfortable. They even brought in their office dog, Oscar, which helped calm her right away. Emily worked with my daughter, and she was absolutely amazing—patient, kind, and reassuring. My daughter now says she doesn’t want anyone but Emily to help her, which says everything. We are so grateful for the care and compassion shown here. Highly recommend this orthodontist to any parent with an anxious child.

Absolutely loved everything about this office the moment walking in. The staff was very friendly and didn’t waste a minute greeting you and getting you checked in. Even being early, they got us in and out. There was great communication amongst the staff, as they all seemed to be on the same page and great communication with patient and parent. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this Orthodontist group. They have went above and beyond in the care of my daughter. First off they got her approved for braces. For her it was basically a necessity do to the issues with her teeth. My oldest daughter had the exact same issues but had a different orthodontist.They never even attempted to get her coverage. She is now adult and wishes she had the option of braces like her sister. In addition to that anytime an issue arises they get her in at the drop of a dime. Very thankful I found them!

Just had my possible second to last adjustment appointment, and had a few concerns about the positioning of a few teeth. After voicing my concerns, I felt heard and well taken care of. There were solution for my problems and Doc made me feel comfortable and confident about my next steps!
