Gateway to Health Chiropractic

Dr. Pinkston caused me to have permanent hearing loss and tinnitus in my left ear with the shockwave machine. I had muffled hearing immediately after treatment and I initially thought it was temporary, but I let him know after I saw an ENT. He shrugged it off and said it’s safe acting like it couldn’t have caused my hearing loss. He didn’t accept any responsibility. He told me over email he wouldn’t make an appointment for me and said differently in his response to this review. I told him I no longer trust him so wouldn’t make an appointment anyways. I would not recommend Dr. Pinkston and Gateway to Health Chiropractic if you value your health.

I’ve been receiving care for a couple of weeks for a herniated disc. I’ve been receiving decompression and shockwave therapy. So far it’s really helping, the healing process is slow but it’s progress. I appreciate all that Gateway Health Chiropractic has done for me and continues to do.

I've been under Dr Pinkstons care for over a year and appreciate his expertise. He sincerely listens to my issues and uniquely approaches his patients case by case for the best outcomes. He's given me stretch and exercise advice for lower back pain, and his adjustments are comprehensive and thorough. He's also recommended medical insoles and other products to improve things. Thank you Dr Pinkston. I highly recommend for anyone needing a good chiropractor.

I would definitely recommend Gateway to Health Chiropractic to anyone who has ever had back and/or neck pain even if you think it is minor like I did! Dr. Jon Pinkston is an awesome chiropractor who is passionate about his career and genuinely concerned for his patients and their quality of life. I came in a couple of months back on a free consultation. Boy was I surprised! Turns out I had a lot more going on then I realized. I feel much better now that I have been receiving treatments. The soreness that I had on a daily basis has greatly diminished and my range of motion is improving. Dr. Pinkston will work with you to fit your specific needs and I can't go without mentioning Terry the office receptionist. She is awesome and so sweet! One of the most genuinely nice people. Amazing! Dr. Pinkston is thorough and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank him enough! I originally came to the office in tears because of neck pain and I have seen significant improvement since going for adjustments. He is very patient and takes his time to develop a personalized treatment plan for you. He listens to you! I genuinely feel like he cares about my health. I can’t say enough good things about his practice. The staff is so nice and easy to work with. If you sit all day or whether you do strenuous activity he can help with all of you back and neck needs!
