Walgreens Pharmacy

Antibiotic and prednisone sent over to Walgreens at 1230 pm. We come to pick up at 740 pm and the tech tells us , not finished and they close soon, it will be ready tomorrow! No, she should have apologized and said they will finish it up quickly. I work in this business and no matter how short staffed, you don’t send a patient how with antibiotics unless you are out of stock! Terrible!! My husband is awake coughing his head off because of their incompetency 😡

I've been standing in line for 20 minutes now. Even after alerting the manager of the line she continued stocking in the back, leaving the poor cashier to deal with a lot angey customer. I would not recommend this walgreens for the bad management.

Kind of a "luck of the draw" experience. There are some excellent, professional people behind the Pharmacy counter. Also, a few that seem to be "putting in their time". It evens out.

I truly believe the pharmacist and her techs enjoy hassling people at this location. They are negative and combative and have little interest in providing good customer service.
