3-4 hour wait time past the time of your scheduled appointment, even for kids who are required to not eat before procedure. Meanwhile all the receptionists are door dashing food all morning in front of the kids. Bathroom sink is full of blood and paper towels and the floor is covered in toilet paper. A guy asked for gloves to use their only restroom and this is something they expect kids to use. All the dental chairs are in one room with no dividers so other people's splatter can end up in your mouth. If your kid is going under sedation they don't allow you back there for any reason, which is unethical for kids under 6 years old. Then they have the audacity to say its for covid reasons after you've seen the conditions of everything else.They make an already traumatizing experience for kids
