This place is awful, zero customer service

I had a very upsetting experience at Welcome Herbal Shop in Quincy. After purchasing a package of dried hawthorn, I realized shortly after leaving that I would not be able to use it. I went back to ask politely about a return or exchange, but the owner immediately refused and was extremely rude. At one point, the owner even said, “If you don’t have money, don’t come into my store.” This was shocking and completely unacceptable. In addition, the product I purchased had no proper labeling at all — no ingredients, no origin, no weight, and no distributor information. For a food item sold in the U.S., this raises serious safety and compliance concerns. Overall, this was not just about a return. It was about being treated disrespectfully as a customer. I would not recommend this store.
