I was able to get in for appointment right away. Phone experience was very nice. Pleasant and compassionate. Straight forward registration on website. Limited parking, but not hard to find for location. Assistant was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. Doctor was nice and compassionate with novicaine which was the worst part. The doctor was informative and made sure process was as good as could be with my particular situation. I will recommend this office definitely. Everyone very nice and location is good. Limited parking. Informative with insurance and registration-no surprises 👍

Dr. Cataudella and his staff are kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I am in the midst of extensive dental work, and they are sensitive to my extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. They've made me feel comfortable and relaxed during every phase of the process. I highly recommend them.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office. My original appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, but it was changed to 1:15 PM. I agreed to the new time and showed up at the Norwell location as instructed. When I arrived, the front desk told me that the doctor was not even in Norwell that day and was actually in the Quincy office. No one had informed me that the doctor would be in a different location. This caused me to waste my time driving there. To make matters worse, they also changed the appointment again to 2:00 PM without notifying me in advance. The communication and organization at this office are extremely unprofessional. Patients should not have to deal with multiple time changes, incorrect location information, and poor communication from staff. Very disappoi
