Super happy with the amazing care our children have has so far by Dr Dimarzio and his fantastic team! Easy to make & reschedule appointments as needed. Friendly and kind front desk staff. Personalized and attentive care by Dr. Dimarzio and his lovely hygenists. My children feel very comfortable there. A+ Highly recommend :)

Service levels and attention to detail have been on the downhill lately. They call you every 6 weeks but when you look out for appointments, there’s nothing available for 8 weeks resulting in elongated treatment timelines. Lately i have started noticing the doc/assistant not coming out and speaking to me as a parent regarding the progress of my daughter’s treatment while i have seen them come outside for every other patient. This has been an observation for the past 4 visits now and seems targeted, probably based on the color of my skin. So bummed!

Dr. Dimarzio is absolutely awesome! He was incredibly patient and took the time to go over everything thoroughly with me and my family, making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. He has such a calm and friendly approach, which made a huge difference—especially for my kids. They were actually excited about their braces, which says so much! We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Dr. Dimarzio to any family looking for an orthodontist who truly cares.

If you are considering Invisalign in the Greater Boston or Boston area, I highly recommend Orthodontist, Dr. Marczak. She is very professional, friendly, and delivers personalized care. I am very happy with my Invisalign results. Thank you! The entire team is excellent. I wish I knew everyone by name. Jen & Carlyn, the Treatment Coordinators at the front desk are super nice. Both made my appointments with ease. They communicated the treatment and billing process well from start to finish. The Dimarzio Team has been professional, attentive and welcoming. They know you by name when you come in and feels like family. Their high tech systems are different than standard orthodontics offices. I take pride in being able to becoming a patient. My treatment plan from start to finish has been incredible. I’m down to my last weeks before moving on to my final stage. I recommend them to everyone who ask me where I receive treatment.
