If you value respectful and professional customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy. The pharmacist with short brown hair consistently demonstrates poor communication and a lack of professionalism, which reflects poorly on the establishment. While education and credentials are important, they do not replace the ability to treat customers with courtesy and respect—qualities this pharmacist appears to lack. My negative experiences began when I attempted to pick up a prescription that could not be processed because the pharmacist repeatedly entered my date of birth incorrectly. I’ve had repeated issues with rude and disrespectful customer service at the Weis Markets Pharmacy in Lewisburg, but this last visit was truly over the top. I went to the counter with my five-year-old granddaughter, who noticed a small metal Halloween house on display. She sweetly said, “I wonder if anyone’s home,” and knocked on the tiny door. I responded, “Nope, no one’s there.” Immediately, the pharmacy tech snapped, “What do you want?” and rudely waved me over to another window. When I gave my name, the pharmacist behind her made an incredibly unprofessional comment: “You might want to tell your little girl that we’re busy, and one day when she gets older, she’ll be busy too, and maybe she’ll understand.” I was stunned. You know I used to like using this pharmacy. It was smaller, a little less expensive but lately (like past few months) I’ve noticed some ladies working there that are just plain rude and “bothered” all the time. Always seem flustered and annoyed by having to help customers. Weis, if you’re too busy and don’t want the business, I’ll take my business elsewhere. I never had rude treatment from CVS.

Two times now I have been to the pharmacy, the man with long curly hair has not been nice at all. Actually kinda rude to me. Probably gonna swith to Mifflinburg from now on. Acted as if I was bothering him. Made me feel uncomfortable. Thanks

Always super nice to me! I get my migraine meds and others once a month. They always fill it on time. Great people
