Weill Cornell Medicine Gynecology

I've had a few dealings with this hospital. The doctors may be good, but their CS is chaotic. 1-Their tech abilities are zero. Had an online appointment scheduled 3 times and it was never added to my account on the e-Connect app; 2- It'almost impossible to get hold of someone on the phone 2-Staff is untrained for CS and can be borderline rude on top of inefficient.

I came here with an emergency laceration on my face. I waited about five hours for a plastic surgeon to get stitches. The plastic surgeon never came. Since the abrasion needed to be closed up within six hours, they called an ENT. Going to Cornell instead of just going to an emergency room nearby my accident was the biggest mistake of my life. I had to get three stitches, but they were all uneven. I have the weirdest and bumpiest scar on my face and it’s only an inch wide. Cornell is supposed to be the gold standard in quality. Instead I had to ask for ice for my black eye, then after thirty minutes when the ice was pack was warm, I was refused another ice pack. I had to argue for gauze for the open and bleeding wound on my face. The nurse literally told me it wasn’t bleeding that much, and

Best hospital ever, I got taken care of by Dr. Mayur Narayan, M.D. he was amazing, very professional, and after I left I felt a lot better. Mayra Delgado was also amazing in scheduling me for an emergency visit, I was in so much pain and she saved me ! So thank you so much for that you guys are amazing!!! :)

Not quite sure why they go out of their way to make visiting a relative a complete nightmare during what is already a trying time. The security guards seem to delight in being unnecessarily rude and cruel

The on call doctors are extremely unresponsive. I called 5 times for an emergency on my medication. But no one called back.
