Wegrzyn Dental Group

Extremely disappointed and upset- I have been with Wegrzyn Dental Group in Chicopee for over 20 years. At your appt you receive a slip stating the date of your next appt. So i show up on the day of my appointment only to be told it was the day before. I said it wasn't and i have the paper which i still do. they say nothing but re-schedule me out 6 months out. Then i receive a letter from Wegryzn that if i miss another appointment they are gonna drop me as a customer. This was their fault in the first place not mine. I am so upset by this and how they handled it. I'm done with them and I'm going elsewhere.

I had to reschedule my appointment with this dental place due to my work obligations as a social worker. I then rescheduled because I was horribly sick and could not make it in. I spoke to the receptionist who clearly could tell I was sick over the phone and told me she would talk to the doctor about this. When I called back a few days later to reschedule she once again told me I cannot reschedule because there has been three rescheduled. I told her I only rescheduled twice so would have at least one more opportunity given their three times reschedule limit. She told me no and that she could not pull up my file to see when they were rescheduled because my profile was deleted and flagged as to not accept. 😡 I usually make sure I am very courtesy with the places I go to for service and was h

Everyone is professional and friendly and the hygenist does a great job too! The office is also very clean.

Awful experience as new patient. I was referred here by a colleague and waited months for my appointment then 1 month before my appointment I received a very passive aggressive voicemail from Dawn indicating that she cancelled my appointment because I "wasn't going to keep the appointment". Quite frankly she jumped to the wrong conclusion so fast I got whiplash. I've been in pain for months and really needed this appointment and was genuinely confused as to what was going on. Called back and no one could find my profile or any info on me indicating she also deleted my patient information (spoke to two staff members who stated this). I was a patient here prior to the pandemic and never missed an appointment. I stayed away during the pandemic. I called today to get an appointment and was turned away and left to suffer with a broken tooth. This is not the way to treat people. I really really thought they would help me but did not. I am still in pain and currently looking for someone else.
