My recent visit with PA Ryan was a great experience. He was kind, and patient, and very attentive to all of my concerns.i really appreciated how much time he he took while applying my chemical peel- it showed that he truly cares about doing things throughly and correctly. This was my second peel, and while I haven’t noticed improvements yet, he made me feel very optimistic and reassured me that results take time and consistency. I left the appointment feeling encouraged and confident in continuing my treatment plan.

My first visit was everything I expected it to be. Both the PA and the nurse were very professional and kind. The whole process was easy and quick.The PA eased my mind with his explanations and and answered my all questions. I actually ended up booking a future appointment for a cancer screening. I made a dermatology appointment specifically to have several spots on my face evaluated for possible skin cancer. These were not cosmetic concerns — they were areas that had changed and were worrying enough for me to prioritize getting checked as soon as possible. I completed all of the required paperwork at home ahead of time so there would be no delays, and I arrived on time for my scheduled 8:00 a.m. appointment prepared to address these concerns. Unfortunately, the visit did not go the way a patient with potential skin cancer concerns should reasonably expect. The provider I saw, Lenore, whom I believe was a contracted Nurse Practitioner, did not focus on the primary reason for my visit. Instead, she attempted to redirect the appointment toward a secondary, less serious skin issue tha

New requirement for $175 up front is outrageous. It is against the contracts you have with Insurance Companies. I had to call my insurance company and get on a 3 way call and have them tell you to give it back to me. If you do not have an office staff that can call and get pre approval that is your problem. Not the patients. That was just an office visit and should have been charged a co pay. Not say pay us until we are sure your insurance company will pay. You lost a patient and I will never go back there.
