Childrens Dentistry of Chicopee

We’ve attempted treatment at this clinic several times for my five-year-old daughter, who needs cavities filled. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing for a practice that specializes in children. During our most recent visit, my daughter was clearly scared but genuinely trying to be brave. She agreed to the laughing gas and said she wanted to try. Instead of reassuring her or explaining things in a child-friendly way, the dentist made audible sighs and comments about not being able to proceed if she couldn’t sit still. For a young child who can hear everything being said, this only made the situation worse. Pediatric dentistry requires patience, reassurance, and communication that helps children feel safe. We had a great experience at this dental clinic. Everything is very organized and on time — no waiting. The staff and assistants are kind and professional, and the doctors are amazing with kids. They speak calmly and make children feel safe and comfortable. Such a warm and caring atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My daughter goes there since a baby. She had a surgery and the staff treatment was amazing they dentist, dentist assistant and anesthesiologist explained everything before the procedure and they went to the waiting room a few times to let me know how everything was going and after we left they call a few times to see how she was doing. Top notch care!!

My son had his first dentist appointment here. I was so extremely impressed. From making the appointment, having the appointment, and scheduling the next, everything was so easy. All the staff we encountered were super nice. We waited in the waiting room for maybe 3 minutes before being taken. The waiting room and dental rooms are so cute, colorful and clean. I definitely love that it’s tailored just for children. My son seemed super calm and comfortable in the environment. The dentist seemed super knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The assistant we had was also the sweetest. You can tell they love their job and the children. I HIGHLY recommend.

This place was the best decision I made! I took my one year old to this dentist and they treated my son with care. They are very informative about how to treat your child’s teeth. It’s a very good place for kids! Very sanitary, each patient is in their own room cleaning their teeth!
