I recently returned to the Northeast and looked into many family dental practices in the surrounding area of Chicopee.. After many calls and messages left, I received a call from a knowledgeable dental receptionist who was so friendly, so accommodating to all my questions. She quickly explained and booked my children’s first appointment and we were greeted as if we were family! The Dentist assistants were amazing, answering questions and talking with my children prior to the cleaning and during the process with professional support and smiles! The dentist was AMAZING ! He explained the process and conducted the exam with a smile and made us feel so very comfortable! If you are looking for the BEST for your children or whole family .. I would highly recommend this Dentist 🦷

All the staff are friendly and respectful and pleasant. The dentist I wish I found him sooner. I had my teeth pulled for dentures and when I felt some pain he immediately stopped and gave me more pain meds. He really cares about his patients. I would tell anyone who needs a dentist to go to them. I had a bad experience when I was younger and hated going to a dentist. But he made me feel comfortable and my anxiety wasn’t so bad. And that meant a lot to me.

Had 2 fillings done april of 2025 , Had pain after the fillings i’ve never had before told me it will just go away, i started working at a dental office June of 2025 had them take an x-ray because they wouldn’t take another after i expressed my pain and concerns , Came to find out both fillings were already chipped and not fully sealed , I went for a second opinion elsewhere and they said it was chipped and not fully sealed aswell. looked into my mouth because i’ve had more pain then before came to find out one is broken off so now there’s holes top of my molars and other has chipped off, Not even a year of new fillings im so upset 😭 now i have to pay out of pocket to get them fixed elsewhere

I had a molar pulled and that’s fine, but what I didn’t know is that they left part of the tooth inside which is not normal from my experience but they’re telling me that it’s normal for it to just push out on his own or maybe I’m required to go back again for a second visit to pay them more money. I don’t know. I don’t know how this works so I’ve gotta call my insurance and talk to them my whole face is swollen. It’s been a day since I had the tooth pulled and there’s still pieces of the tooth in there. That’s a very weird thing because I asked the doctor if there’s anything left in he said, he pulled it. I have an anabiotic’s but no real direction in which I’m supposed to get it extracted fully as could lead to infection. It could be very dangerous actually I don’t know. I will have to g

We’re do I start….. so I got a root canal done was supposed to go back to cap it …. A week before the cap was supposed to be put the cap on I started getting pain . Booked an appointment to be seen to find out why. They took X-rays and said there’s no infection and your good, you’re probably having pain because the cap isn’t there. So all night I was in pain … my neck started to be affected and my throat started swelling and I couldn’t and booked an emergency visit and paid aspen dental to check me. That’s when they inform me I have a very bad infection because the root canal was NOT done right…. So I go and get another opinion and they informed that it was indeed done wrong to not go back and cap it…. That I need to go to the hospital and see the oral surgeon…. 9 hours later I left seeing
