Do NOT pay in full up front. Becky initially told us that “everything” would transfer when we decided to switch offices, but once we transferred, she completely changed her story. Suddenly, only a typed-up “treatment plan” (that looked like it came from Google Docs) was transferable vai text. Now we’re being told we owe another fee just to have the braces removed — even though the new orthodontist said they should have been removed already. It feels like Webster was just dragging things out and billing Tricare for unnecessary 5-minute visits. The office runs like a factory — kids in and out with barely a moment
