Body Recovery Massage

Courtney was absolutely amazing! I’ve had many massages, and she was definitely the best experience I’ve had here locally. I had been gifted an hour massage for Xmas and decided to add-on and do the 2 hour. It was wonderful! Courtney was very thorough and helped release muscles that had been tied up in knots for months! Highly recommend her work!

OMG! Courtney is amazing! I have been a dental hygienist for 23 years and carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. After a 1 hr deep tissue, Courtney was able to release a lot of it. I have had a lot of massages over the years and Courtney is one of the best!

I had a 90 minute massage with Courtney yesterday. It was just as relaxing as it was helpful for my areas of concern. She was very intentional with every touch and it flowed really well. She was able to easily find the areas that have been painful and spent a lot of time working through them. I like a medium-deep pressure and she was able to accomodate that with ease. I have gotten a lot of massages with various people and I would've thought she had been doing this for a decade. She is very talented and has great technique. I plan to book again.

From full body work, to helping with a specific injury i’ve had- each time I leave feeling better. She isn’t one size fits all- she caters to your body and your needs- tuning in to areas that need more help than others. And the best part- feeling like I’ve made a friend. Courtney creates such a welcoming & calm atmosphere- and she’s a fun person to be around. I will always reccomend her!
