Adam was very respectful, knowledgeable, and patience, answering all my questions , and assuring me that any future questions will be welcomed..I highly recommend...and I love my new hearing aids, they are smaller, lighter, and the sound is definitely clearer!

They are very pleasant and courteous there was Wait time for your appointment. The tech was very knowledgeable and overall good experience and I have used them before and will use them again in the future.
