Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude to We Care Skilled Nursing Facility for the exceptional care provided to my husband, Leo. From the moment he arrived, we felt confident that he was in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment, especially while he was working to regain his mobility. Throughout his stay, Leo was treated with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. He was well cared for and truly happy there, which brought great comfort to our entire family. Amazing Care from Caring People! We Care facility is truly a rare find. With only 28 residents, Dr. Ash Jain and the staff give each person the attention, compassion, and respect they deserve. The team is kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and the fun activities like karaoke, dominoes, and arts bring so much joy. I’m incredibly grateful for the loving care they provided to my dad. If you want your loved one treated like family, this is the place. Thank you for everything.

We Care Skilled Nursing in Hayward on Vallejo Street has been a blessing to our family. If you are looking for a smaller facility (only 28-beds) that will take great care of your love one, then this is your place! I highly recommend the staffing team, and Dr. Ash Jain is a sure visit every Thursday morning. He takes time with each patient and requires the staff to know their diagnosis and names. PT, OT are in house and an awesome team. This entire facility is consistent, present, professional, a tentative to the patient and the family, and clearly unstandands empathy. They offer Home Health for aftercare; this is a "one stop care". THUMBS UP👍

The staff at this facility saved my life. They are wonderful professionals. It has been my honor and privilege to know these people. When I first got to the facility I couldn't get out of bed, now I'm walking with cane and sometimes without any support.

I really like the facility, family oriented. Great PT, OT services. Nursing and social services were very helpful. Will recommend to anyone who needs therapy.
