We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Little Smiles of Hayward. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The front office staff made check-in seamless and stress-free, and the energy in the office is upbeat and kid-friendly. The dentist was fantastic — patient, gentle, and great at explaining everything in a way my 6-year-old could understand. What really stood out was how comfortable they made my child feel. There was no fear, no anxiety — just smiles and confidence. That says everything. It’s clear this team truly cares about kids and goes above and beyond to create a positive experience. I’m so grateful to have found a pediatric dental office that makes dental visits something my child doesn’t dread. Only recommendation

Our first experience at Little Smiles was exceptional. The staff was incredibly gentle and reassuring with both of my children, creating a calm environment from the start. I was especially impressed when I called on a Sunday regarding a dental emergency (despite the office being closed) I received a return call within 15 minutes. They scheduled an emergency appointment for the very next day and went above and beyond to ensure my son felt comfortable and safe throughout the procedure. They addressed all of our questions with care, ensuring he never felt overwhelmed or scared. We are so grateful for their professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend them. Welcoming, kind, and very attentive are all qualities that I experienced the moment I walked into Little Smiles Dental office. The staff was very organized/ prepared with a quick response. They took care of my little toddler by fulfilling his dental needs meanwhile keeping him comfortable. Make the drive from Fremont to Hayward worth it.

This dentist and staff is the best I’ve ever gone to for my kids. They have had a lot of unique issues over the years and this is the one place both my kids and me as a mother feel safe and comfortable. My girls actually love coming here. My oldest daughter is almost 17 and I know she is going to be sad when she can’t continue coming here. I’ve recommended this place to several friends and family and everyone loves them!

We have been patients here for 9 years. We’ve always had great service and cleanings. They didn’t push x-rays on my kids before they were ready. Always kind and gentle on their teeth. My children also love the tv for each chair and a prize for every visit.
