Golden Harbor Healthcare Center

My mother was a resident here for a few months after she had a stroke. The outstanding care and helpfulness the staff showed to my mother was beyond what I can ask for. They cared for her like she's one of their love one and that what you want in a facility like this. The facility is clean and it looks like it's modern. I would highly recommended this place.

Golden Harbor is a great facility where you can trust to put your loved ones! I came by for a tour and the facility smelt great and was very clean! I spoke with the Director of Nursing and was amazed by her clinical knowledge which brought me comfort in placing my loved one at Golden Harbor. The Administrator was active on the floor and interacting with the patients which was cool to see.

To everyone that is working with me. I want to thank you ALL from my heart for all you do everyday - all day to enhance my recovery. You are an awesome group of people, your service is indescribable. My mother has been here for almost a year. I have continued to be disappointed by this place and the care they give my mother. I have looked into changing snfs but unfortunately have been unable to due to lack of long term availability. I try to be understanding to the patient and staff ratio and am not expecting one on one care, but when I get calls almost daily that my mother has a new bed sore or wound it makes me wonder if they are turning her like they are supposed to because of the fact that she's bed ridden. There came a point where her mouth was full of sores and when I asked they said she was refusing to brush her teeth. Golden Harbor Healthcare provided exceptional care to our family member. The staff were attentive, and respectful, always communicating clearly and responding quickly to needs. The facility was clean, calm, and truly felt like a place of healing.
