I’ve been going to Dr. DeTorres for many years. My office visits have always been thorough and fully explained. Dr DeTorres always takes the time to speak to me about treatment and conditions. Recently, I had to undergo surgery, which Dr. DeTorres performed. This after many years of treatment via pharmaceuticals. To say I am pleased with the entire surgical procedure and post op procedure is an understatement. Dr DeTorres and his staff did a fantastic job and now hopefully I will have a better quality of life. Dr DeTorres is thorough in his explanations of what to expect before surgery, after surgery, and recovery and long term prognosis. The front desk personnel have always been nice as has the doctors assistant/nurse. I’m always comfortable being seen in this office.

I was on time for my appointment and wasn’t told at the desk that the doctor was running behind. The nurse told me when I got into the room that the Dr was finishing up with a patient and that they were running behind. Already new that. 20 minutes later no Dr. I got up and left. The nurse stopped me in the hall. I told her it was rude and that the practice had no concern for my time. I guess Dr. deTorres overheard our conversation and came out of his office and confronted me in the hallway not to apologize but to say that this is the way it is and how long he has been practicing medicine. I don’t care about that - have some consideration for you patients time. We have jobs also. Our time is also valuable. You are the first to tell a patient they are late. Next time start out wi

I found everyone at this office to be 100% professional, courteous, and thoughtful. Dr detorres exemplifies all the great "old school doctoring" traits one would seek out in a physician. I highly reccommend.

The lady who just answered the phone at this office is one of the nastiest people I've ever spoken to. Totally condescending and rude. I have never written a Google review before, but that is just how nasty this lady was.

This office doesn't even have the common decency to inform their patients as to the results of tests. Avoid at all costs.
