I had a pleasant experience at Hearing Life. Chris was polite ans attentive to my needs and no pressure in making a purchase at this time. John was the same and in addition, his explanation of the results of the test and printout informed me to be aware of high frequency loss is at a slow decline. He showed me hearing aids. He gave advice how to deal with tinnitus too. I would highly recommend this Company to others.

The kindest office I have ever encountered. Brought my 90 year old mom here, who is on Medicaid, and it was a great experience. Chris at the front desk and John who did the hearing test were amazing. John explained everything to us with such patience and expertise. We didn't feel rushed and he was so thorough. Highly recommend to anyone who is hard of hearing. I know I'll be a client one day down the road and this is where I'll be going.

Hearing Life Midland Park was great! Dr Mena is extremely knowledgeable explained to me some things I did not know? What a pleasure is was just speaking to him. He answered any questions I had too! Definitely, will be going back & I can’t wait to get my new hearing aids.Yayyy!

John Mena was very professional in his understanding of my hearing problem. He conducted a thorough hearing test and identified the change in my condition. He accessed my Phonak hearing program and corrected the issue. He was very caring and did not push any marketing of new hearing aides I recommend his services for those of us with hearing problems Robert Stevenson senior citizen

Midland Park hearing life headed by John is great. John is kind, understanding and very patient. He has helped me multiple times with hearing aides to phone issues and replacing any parts necessary to create better hearing for me.
