I can’t recommend this dentist office enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My kids immediately felt comfortable and even excited for their visit—a huge win for any parent! The team was patient, professional, and genuinely caring, making the whole experience stress-free. Bonus: the orthodontist right across the hall was amazing. As a busy working mom, I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were in coordinating care and answering all my questions. Dr. Ramos and staff are all very warm, welcoming as well as knowledgeable and professional. My children have been going there since they were 3. We love all of the theme rooms- space, jungle etc. They love coming home with shiny teeth and fun dental health goody bags.

This place will force and trap you into very expensive invisalign treatments, way beyond the initial scope of time of the treatment. They will push back and say degrading things to try and continue the pressure to continue treatment. As I declined to continue the treatment for my child… the staff turned around and told him or her that he or she can continue care on his or her own time and not your parents time as if I was declining service for bad parenting. It was communicated to them right next to me as I wasn’t there. I brought this up and mentioned how disrespectful that comment was/ she said she was just joking. Don’t get trapped into long really long term Invisalign treatments out of guilt or pressure.
