This day and age, it’s not easy to find a facility that will care for your loved ones with the level of attention that you would if there was the ability. Wayland Nursing goes the extra mile for its residents. They’re staff; from the Director, Nursing Director, HR personnel, PT, nurses, and staff have all been beyond caring and personable in a way that our loved one feels they are as close to home sweet home as possible. After a long search, I truly appreciate this team.

My grandmother has been at Royal Wayland for over 7 years and we have been happy with her care. Everyone seems to know her well and we always feel welcomed when we visit! Always enjoy their seasonal decorations to make it special for residents!

It felt warm and inviting, with comfortable furniture. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I moved my husband to Royal after having him at a five-star facility with beautiful furniture but rude staff! At Royal he was cared for with respect and kindness and his personal preferences were noted and responded to. Large isn't always good as I discovered. Sometimes good things come in small packages and although a small facility, they have what counts - good care.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it wasn’t for some of the staff who were nice. I would walk in every morning to se my friend in diarrhea and her breakfast tray sitting in front of her and they walk away. No help. That went on for almost 2 weeks until she was discharged.
