I cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Orlandi for the incredible care during the last 7 months of our dogs life after our move to the area. Our dog had cushings disease and seizures and required a lot of constant calls to the vet office along with specialized care. Not once did Dr. Orlandi ever make me feel rushed during our visits. She is an outstanding vet who really cares about the animals, is incredibly knowledgeable, and the staff at ADA Vet is equally as wonderful. I felt comfortable taking her advice as it always felt she provided care for our dog as if she were her own. When it came time for us to say goodbye, while heartbreaking, she helped our dog pass very peacefully. If we get another dog during our time in Boston, we will 100% go back to ADA Vet to see her. I love the way we are greeted by such caring, warm staff! It is as if each pet that walks in is one of their own! The facility is clean and. Beautiful. Staff takes the time to explain everything and gives great ideas about diet, hygiene and care for our pet. We love ADA vet!

Driving home from my most recent visit, I realized it was long overdue to update my thoughts on this amazing establishment. I rely heavily on reviews myself. Based on the reviews for this provider, I chose them. My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. I cannot remember all the names of the people I interacted with. Janet was excellent. The front desk staff is phenomenal. Today I interacted with Maeve who was great and even helped me get my dog into the car.
