CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacy team is a hardworking and dedicated group of professionals who really care for the patients! Heidi, The pharmacist is a gem! I have a very complicated medical history and I am taking a lot of medication for different conditions. Heidi and her staff are very helpful and professional. The service they provide is the reason I go to 150 Main Street Wayland and not to the store in my town.

I had previous posted a 5-star review for this pharmacy about a year ago, but I have unfortunately since learned that this is the place to go to if you're too happy with your life, and want to witness adults being cruel to one another, customers and pharmacist alike. Clearly this is not a pleasant place to work and a toxic culture has taken root over the years where the staff are weary of customers, don't listen to anything we say, regard customers who need medication as adversaries and are rude and unhelpful. I am not sure what happened to this place. While the Asian male pharmacist and the ginger with glasses are still helpful and great, the two Korean women, both of whom were so great throughout the pandemic, are gone and this place has become an incubator for emotionally catatonic an

Sick at home literally with pneumonia. My regular pharmacy is out of the antibiotic. I call here. Between four phone calls, a total of 35 minutes on hold, numerous pick-ups, and placed back on hold again. I was able to drive to the Walgreens a block over, stand in line, have my prescription transferred to there, have it filled and back home again all before ever speaking to a human at this store who said anything more than “hold on,” to me. I’ve experienced this on numerous occasions. Why? It’s a block from my house. No worries, I’ll go two blocks to the Walgreens who seems to be able to figure it out in record breaking time that sick people shouldn’t be coughing their pneumonia causing pathogens all over the other patrons of their stores.

Heidi was outstanding with her help on phone to transfer my prescription seamlessly and in person. Very pleasant, courteous and competent

I am always pleased at CVS - for the pharmacy's reminders about refills, for Extra Care which helps the budget and for their good sales.
