After waiting a few weeks and no call from WOS I called and left them a message regarding my son’s referral. Still sis not hear back so I called his dentist and asked them to resend the referral. Still had to call and finally got through to someone to set up his appointment. Once arrived office staff was kind and polite. Hygienist was nice but did not explain why she needed a picture of my son. Dr Eddie rubbed me the wrong way. Many times before he even assessed my son he said things along the lines of “he won’t tolerate being numbed”. Not until I asked did he explain. He kept pushing for putting him to sleep right away and that’s not something he could do. I wasted my day taking my son out of school. Both Dr. Eddie and his staff are awesome...very accommodating! Right from Lisa and Aleah...to the gals that assist Dr. Eddie. The job that Dr. Eddie does with the assistance of Lonna and Jess is remarkable. All kind and do an excellent job. Had an implant inserted recently and everything went great...very gentle and informative as to what was going on. Had grafting done earlier in the year...same great work!

The staff and surgeon were all caring and helpful when I called with questions after my procedure. Follow up care was taken seriously for any issues that I encountered.

We saw Dr. Eddie and staff for my teen son's wisdom teeth extraction in February 2023. It was a seamless process, from start to finish. The staff was responsive, professional, and welcoming, and the process was well explained and efficient. Dr. Eddie, Jessica, and staff called a couple times after our visit to personally check up on my son and genuinely expressed concern for his recovery and well-being. My initial consult was fantastic. He talked me through the procedure, went over my x-rays, all the risks associated, and answered any and all questions I had. When I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed I only had the area numbed so I was awake and alert the whole time. He made me feel comfortable and was constantly checking to make sure I was doing well and in no pain.
