Exceptional care with a team that makes all the difference!! We've been coming to Kristo's for my son's braces and the experience has been outstanding. The scheduling runs like clockwork—we're always in and out efficiently, yet the atmosphere stays relaxed and never feels rushed. The orthodontist is excellent—great communication, personable, and always has an upbeat attitude. What really stands out is the team. The assistants who work with patients are not only knowledgeable and skilled, but genuinely kind and always in good spirits. My son looks forward to his appointments because he enjoys talking with them—they've built such a positive rapport with him. The receptionist is equally wonderful. We love Kristo Orthodontics in Wausau! We used them for my 2 boys! My oldest is completing treatment now and we couldn't be happier. Friendly staff and great outcome! I will definitely return if my daughter needs braces.

Extremely kind staff and clean office, provides anything you need to help care for mouth. Can even get coffee while waiting. They get you in as soon as possible, and keep their list and sign ins organized, staff is amazing to make conversation with. They have a beautiful outside area as-well. They also do free give away everynow and again, just leave a review! They gift baskets are all very thoughtfully themed.

Since coming here I have not had one negative thing happen nor to say about kristos orthodontics. My daughter has been treated like family and one of their own since the second we stepped inside here. She is usually anxious but after her first visit she was relaxed, comfortable, and so excited. After getting her braces we noticed a change within the first two months,I never seen her feel so confident and glow when I seen her smile the way she did when she realized it! Thank you kristos for the amazing journey we have been taking, thank you for all your hard work, care, and treating my daughter with respect! I recommend taking your child here or being seen yourself if you want a great positive experience and to get that beautiful smile.
