Had a very good experience again. Care at OAW has always been excellent. I saw Kim Ball today. She’s always been very professional and thorough providing excellent care. She always explains things in terms that I can understand.

I was pleased with my visit. Feel all my questions and concerns were answered in a thorough and understandable way. Staff and Dr. were very patient and made my issues feel important and they had best interest to provide exceptional care for my health and personal concerns. I was seen by Dr. Jeff Ambord and staff in Wausau clinic after a referral from another clinic in my town so to have a more specialized look at xrays and proper healing plan for a break in my shoulder. I recommend this clinic by giving it a 5 star on my visit.

Excellent bedside manner. Informative, open to asking questions and explaining , sense of humor. Made me feel very comfortable with my decision to proceed with surgery. Staff very informative with explanations and providing written materials for before, during and after the surgery.

Jeff was very knowledgeable with checking on my knee and foot. He showed me xrays of mine and explained what and why's of what was going on. I now what is going on and will listen so that I can take the proper steps to heal. Thank you Jeff.
