After having a bad experience with my previous pediatrician, I came to see Dr. Williams, and his pediatrics office has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional, which immediately made me feel at ease. Dr. Williams is a knowledgeable, professional, and funny doctor who truly cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. The entire team made sure I felt comfortable and respected throughout my visit. It’s rare to find a doctor and office that genuinely care about their patients, and I am very grateful to be under their care. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his team to anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy

Id highly recommend this practice! All Doctors are pleasant, and have a great demeanor especially with children. Reception staff has always been friendly! I’ve been able to get a same day appointment twice for my son at this practice. I don’t think I’ve experienced the same day appointment anywhere else. They have also been Flexible with a few minutes late to the appointment, not that we’d like to make a habit, but life happens. I know plenty of other practices will charge you or cancel or reschedule your appointment but I havent experienced that with Watoto. The on-call doctor is very prompt! Payment is flexible. I have nothing but good things to say ☺️

I’m my first time, mom and our little girl was premature no, she’s nine months. She’s beautiful and a very healthy girl. I would always have a list of questions every appointment Never once did I feel neglected or scared to ask questions. We absolutely love this pediatric office! From the moment you walk in, we were greeted by the kindest and most welcoming staff. Everyone—from the front desk to the nurses and providers—goes out of their way to make us and my child feel comfortable and cared for.

My grandkids have been coming to this practice since birth. I recently took them in myself for a visit for the first time and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Williams was wonderful and made us feel truly cared for. I’m very grateful for this office and highly recommend them.

I've been taking my kids here for the past 7 years now and I can truly say they have been nothing but a blessing to me when it comes to the care. My youngest whom is 5 now was diagnosed with NF1 if it wasn't for Dr Williams and Dr D his health wouldn't be where he is today. They have given me so many resources and referral for my son condition. Thanks to them my son is now receiving the proper treatment.
