Lumen is great! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome! Every step of the way someone was there to explain everything - from insurance to what to expect next! The doctor was friendly, made me feel comfortable and was thorough and great at explaining everything. Finally, Suzy and CeCe were so patient and helpful when choosing my new glasses. They also went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect glasses in enough time for a special trip! They also include so many cute little touches along the way. A great first experience and will definitely be going back!

Dr. Ansari and her team are amazing! I have been to a lot of amazing eye doctor’s, but she gave us the most thorough eye exam ever and has good, workable solutions for any eye issue you may have, including migraines! Definitely recommend and she is excellent for every age from kids to seniors and when we came in, we had three generations represented. 😊

Staff is very friendly and hands on. Took my son for his first eye exam. They provided snacks for him during his appointment and made him feel comfortable. Upon picking up his glasses they walked through the importance of not letting anyone else wear his glasses, how to take off and on and care for the glasses. I appreciated the time to discuss with him as it may be more meaningful coming from someone other than his parent. They gave him a cute little bag with a chocolate and pencil and took his picture after :) will def be back for myself and have already recommended to others!
