Caring, honest, and incredibly competent. From top to bottom, the whole team here is wonderful. For the first time in my life, I don't deeply dread going to the dentist/feel super anxious about every visit. There seems to be a strong commitment to making everything as painless as medically possible, and I really appreciate Dr. Goswami's communication skills. She always makes me feel included and informed about what's going on with procedures, which in turn makes it more comfortable to speak up when something is wrong. I hope to continue using this practice for years to come.

Since moving to Gainesville, VA four years ago, I’ve been to several dental offices but struggled to find one that truly cared about their patients. Dr. Rama is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain every step and genuinely cares about your comfort. I had a cleaning and a filling done, and both were completely painless. I even caught myself relaxing during the procedure, which I never thought I'd say at the dentist! I have been going to Gainesville Family Dentistry for almost 10 years now. Dr. Goswami is amazing! She is patient, kind, and takes the time to get to know and understand her patients.
