Waterview Pointe

My sister was in this nursing home for several months. The food was excellent. The staff was a lot to be desired especially the AIDS. I never went in to see my sister that she had a water picture in front of her never anything to drink. Some days her clothes were not changed and also her clothes came up missing quite a bit although our family member did her clothing at home and signs were posted . Most days you went in the Aides were sitting and texting on their phones instead of doing patient care.. I worked in a nursing home for 25 years and where I worked , this was totally unacceptable. We were taught to treat the residents with all due respect as we would our own mother or father.

Wish I could give them a 0 out of 5. My grandmother was there for rehabilitation after fracturing her hip and back. She quickly declined and we had to request for her to be transferred back to the hospital. When we got to the hospital they found that she was severely malnourished, had a raging UTI, and a horrible bed sore (that you all said was completely healed). I hope you all treat your family members better than you treated mine. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Staff being made to work with symptomatic Covid! My great uncle is now terribly sick. It’s an inhumane facility and history seems to be repeating itself. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

Friendly, compassionate staff! Excellent vent unit. Beautiful facility. Our biggest complaint in the month since Dad’s arrival is the terribly uncomfortable bed!
