Important info: I am an autistic adult who has sensory issues with bright lights, metal scraping my teeth, people being in my personal space, and loud high pitched sounds. I also have had past poor experiences with dentists, so I have a lot of anxiety around the dentist. I was very nervous about my appointment today, to the point where I haven't been to the dentist in 4 or 5 years. I filled out my paperwork before my visit, specifying my needs, sensory issues, and anxieties around the dentist. When I arrived and was taken back, the dental hygienist had very obviously read what I wrote (which is not always the case elsewhere) and was very patient with me. She checked on me frequently, explained everything thoroughly step by step, and gave me breaks when she sensed that I was having a hard t

Very professional. They take the extra time to actually review all of the x-ray's with you and to explain all the next steps. So far, im very impressed. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth as well!

I thought I had an appointment today but I marked down the wrong day. No worries, they got me in anyway due to a cancelation. First time ar Frye Dental Group. Most thorough exam I have had for a while. Glad we chose Frye.

Entire staff was/is welcoming and professional. My care here is by way of the Community Care program, a direct result of the 2018 MISSION ACT, which directs the Veterans Administration to secure local provider services for Service Connected Disabled Veterans. I have not been to a dentist for many years. Kim was very nice and patient with me, I would definitely recommend her for anyone nervous about going to dentist.
