Water's Edge Dermatology - Orange City

It was my 1st time at this place and I was very impressed with everything. To start with, it is clean and comfortable. The ladies in the front desk were all very polite, attentive and helpful. Also, I didn't have to wait forever in the reception area. Which was a plus plus. And Dr. Fabrikant was very personable and patient. He took his time to explain and answer my nervous questions. Nurse Jennifer was more than just a nurse. She is truly a people person. She made me feel so comfortable, it didn't feel like my first time there.

Can't say enough about what a great experience i have always had at this office. I was there today for treatment for skin cancer. The Doctor (Joshua) and assistant (Aiden) were both wonderful. Sure made a scary concern easy and a relief for me. B McCaskill

I Started my visit with Kaylie who was great she made me feel like I was a person! Bobbi is excellent as well! They both made me feel very comfortable and like they cared about what I was saying to them! Thank you for the top notch service by both!! They both took the time to ask questions and explain things! I was in and out of the office quick and efficiently!

Honest, professional, and detailed guidance. Everything I ever wanted and needed in a doctor! Compassionate demeanor for those in need of medical attention. If you are uninsured, I highly recommend you request the services of Dr Michael Wartels. Very, very reasonable fee. This a shout out to Dr. Michael Wartels and his staff. Bravo and please spread his kindness.

Absolutely blown away at how amazing my first appointment went. I have high anxiety and Bobbi and her team made me calm, explained everything and handled me with care. All of my issues were addressed. Bedside manner is absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend this place to everyone!
