Wow! Dr. Best is not the best. He should be named Dr. Worst. I went in for a free consultatuon after my prior Invisalign treatment from a previous orthodontist resulted in top & bottom tooth contact and my bite being very uncomfortable. On a superficial level, my teeth appear straight and that is all Dr. Best cared about. I explained my issues and he was extremely dismissive from the moment he walked into the room. He truly did not take any time to listen or care about what I was explaining and told me my bite is “as good as it’s going to get” and recommended I get my teeth shaved down to negate the tooth contact issue. I left feeling so discouraged. I resigned myself to the fact that I would need to live with this tooth contact issue, indefinitely, and made an appointment with Cordoba ort

Had a great experience at Best Smiles Orthodontics. Dr. Best and the entire team were professional, helpful, and made sure I understood everything clearly throughout the process. I was able to get my braces the same day as my first consultation, and the whole appointment only took about an hour and a half. Smooth, efficient, and well-run from start to finish. My son got his braces here and the whole staff was so incredible friendly and nice and welcoming. My son was so excited and they treated him with respect. They spoke to him, not just me. He really felt involved in his care and I appreciated that. And so did he. Also their pricing and payment plans are so fair, even on a smaller budget they’re affordable.

Today my daughter got her braces on, from start to finish, the experience was top notch. The staff is great, I hope the doctor knows how supportive and engaging his staff is with the clients. We were welcomed, supported and felt knowledgeable of next steps and possible side effects throughout the next few weeks. Thank you!
