I came to Hearing Aid lab last year after seeing their reviews on the internet. I came for new hearing aids. I thought they were just great. Elise is my care giver, and she professional as well as very pleasant to visit. Today I went back for an annual checkup only to find that my hearing had deteriorated. So, Elise tuned up my hearing aids and they are working great again. I really like this place and plan to always return here.

We were there yesterday & it is the best hearing aid store we have been to. I will not go to any other hearing aid store after my experience there. Mr. Guzman was fantastic. Very professional & very customer service oriented. He was very honest about my hearing test results letting me know that I do have some hearing loss but I would not benefit from wearing them at this point. He said I wouldn't notice any difference with or without wearing them . This was after two other hearing aid places told me I needed them now! Of course they both tried to sell me very expensive hearing aids! So I will return again to keep testing my hearing every year. Thank you Luis, you saved us thousands of dollars for something that I didn't need and which could have made my hearing worse. God bless you and y

I have had many hearing aid from medicare, Costco, Private vendors, but this company is the best. The process from appointments, fitting, service and truly being treated like a valued customer. The Hearing Lab in Orange City went beyond and above expectations. Bravo Elise!
