Wasilla Physical Therapy

The providers are great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the clinic itself is well run. Overall, my experience with the service and team has been very positive. I’ve had the same thing happen to me, Malina Padgett, but I don’t believe there’s any ill intent behind it. When I called, they explained they recently changed billing companies and have been in a transition period, which has caused some hiccups. Each time I contacted them, they were able to verify payment and fix it quickly. I agree it’s important to double-check your bills, but in my experience, calling them has resolved it without any issues.

Great actual providers there but unfortunately they always try and bill me twice :( I have noticed the pattern thankfully and continually call them to call this out and have them fix it, but want others to be aware they do this so they can double check what they’re being billed. I always pay in person after service and then they try and send me a bill to pay it as well.

I am 72 years old and I have had many physical therapists in that time. Before coming to WPT I had been suffering from residual pain from a knee replacement that didn't work out. Now I am back to using my knee without pain and improvement in my overall core strength. Wasilla Physical Therapy has a wonderful staff. Very caring and compassionate. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Clean place and great service. My go-to space now that i stay in Wasilla.

I went for problems with inner ear dizziness. Did not use equipment.
